Nutri Cal Mg is a liquid fertilizer based on nitrogen, calcium, magnesium and boron. Calcium plays a fundamental role in neutralizing organic acids; it also takes part in cell metabolism, by regulating the colloidal constitution of protoplasm, acting in contrast with potassium on the processes regulating transpiration and water balance. Along with boron it is essential also for cells division, for the production of maltase enzyme, for the meristems growth and the pollen formation. Its deficiency can cause a delay in the development of the young leaves, which could appear misshapen and chlorotic, then necrotizing on the margins. Magnesium inside Nutri Cal Mg, instead, is an essential component for chlorophyll and plays an important role in vegetative and productive growth of plants, besides being active also for the absorption of nitrogen, the chlorophyll photosynthesis, the creation of pectins and carotenoids.
